Statkraft Ventures invests in Betterspace, the leading solutions platform for digitalization and energy efficiency in hotels
Statkraft Ventures has led the €3m Series A financing-round in Betterspace with participation of existing investor InnoEnergy. Betterspace provides a comprehensive digital solution platform to the hospitality industry.
Digitization is gaining more and more attention in the hospitality industry. At the same time Bettespace’s digital solutions make work processes more efficient and relieve the strain on hotel employees. The company’s in-room tablet solution with its wide range of functions offers premium guest service and increased revenue per room while reducing the workload of hotel employees. The intelligent energy management system automatically controls radiators and air conditioning, leading to significant savings in energy costs. The ability to seamlessly integrate EV charging into the guest journey and the hotel energy management system is another feature that is in high-demand by hoteliers to keep costs under control.
